New Year - New RV - A Travel Trailer
For the last 8+ years my wife and I have enjoyed using our Class C motorhome. But both our vacations and needs have changed and we have decided that what we want to get (in place of the Class C) is a Travel Trailer. Just going to be the two of us and our two little dogs.
We did a little local on-line looking and found the Evergreen Ever-Lite trailers. The build quality / design looks very appealing. And there are several of the floor plans that we really like. THEN we discovered that they went out of business recently.
The fact that the manufacturer is no longer in business does not bother us. In fact, we think it might present a buying opportunity, especially for the couple of new units that we have found on dealers lots. (Price discussions to happen later this week hopefully.)
But we are trying to find something to compare these two. I must admit that the world of Travel Trailers seems pretty dizzying to someone just stepping into it!
We like the design features and higher-end finish of the Evergreen. So are there any specific brands / product lines that we should investigate as an alternative to Evergreen Ever-lite?
Thanks!
Martin
