We just sold our 2007 Roo 23SS and it was in great shape.
It has to do with care and maintenance. Most people don't do it, not just hybrid owners. Hybrids require slightly more maintenance than other RVs.
I wasn't OCD about mine. I didn't wax it and polish it. But I monitored the important stuff.
Because we lived out West, our camping season is longer so we don't let it sit long without using it.
Other areas of the country, it sits unused for months because of bad/cold weather, without being checked for issues.
