Newbie here.....Does anyone have a rig like this???

Hello everyone! My husband and I love to go camping with our three year old son and have currently been using my grandparents camper until we get one of our own. I am really glad we have been doing this because it has allowed us to find out what we want in a camper and what we don't. Our plan is to purchase our own within a year, hopefully sooner rather than later. We are already looking online and visiting local dealerships because we know that it can take a while to find that perfect one.

I have found a layout that I think would fit us perfectly! It is around 27ft and has the bed upfront with the two full size bunks in the rear. The feature I like the most is that the bathroom is on the back right corner and there is a door going straight out of the bathroom but it's on the opposite side of the camper than the other door. I think that I would really love that feature due to the door being right beside the outside shower. I could wash the sand of dirt off of my son and have him step straight into the bathroom.

Does anyone have a layout with the bathroom like that or know of anyone who does. I am curious as to how much you like it. Thanks in advance!!
