Heheh, yah, I'm having the same concerns, but the builder of the FlatBed (FB) indicated the bed is only apx 2-3" higher...
However, the 5500 seems to be sitting a little higher than most so "I dunno" is the short answer...
"Stay tuned" is the long one..
I'll keep it posted once the dust settles and doubtful I'll be racing any Cobras on the mountain roads anytime soon..
I'll just have to deal with it, and adjust accordingly.... it's pretty much a done deal now... so stay tuned eh? LOL

(I'll be driving 99% of the time West of Mississippi Rver, western US and away from big cities... will also have the new Garmin Nav with height input restrictions for the roads... and yes, I will be driving with "One eye opened"..
