Newbie towing question posting again

I would take your loaded tt to a scale and obtain accurate weights to see the real weights you are towing. From there I would trade the liberty and take the $1500 cash and trade it in on a newer used more capable tv that is still a decent daily driver. You are finding out what many of us have learned, dry weight and dry tongue weights are useless. Tv can't tow everything they are rated for. Consider a lower mileage suv like an armada or Tahoe or a 1500 level truck. I would skip the smaller suv class.
