That year Cub/Kodiak hybrids had bunk door leak issues.
I'm betting that it has way more water damage than you are seeing.
You really should have it looked at by a RV tech, especially one familiar with hybrids.
I owned a 2007 Roo hybrid, for 10 years, that never had any leaks. But i was meticulous about inspections and maintenance.
By the musty smell and wet canvas, I can guarantee that this Cub has hidden damage that will require some extensive repairs.
