Newer tow vehicles and rear view cameras on trailers/5ers

I have yet to see any integration of a rear view camera on a trailer with the OEM dash display of these newer trucks. This seems like such natural extension of the built in equipment. Am I missing s...

I would like to see rear cameras on every vehicle built. There is no reason that I know that they could not be mandatory. I would love to see them on all RV's not only motor homes as a standard item. We have one on our Avalanche and now when driving a vehicle without one I find it uncomfortable.
