Purely from the research point of view, it was listed as a one owner (personal vehicle) at carfax report with a Carfax buy back guarantee. http://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?vin=3D73Y4CL4AG139988&partner=AMG_1. The most interesting part is it has an open recall from December and almost no maintenance records and based on what Carfax suggests, it is actually worth $420 more than a retail book value.
If you've looked at new prices for Rams, it's an OK price, but about what you'd expect given their relatively low prices for new ones in their basic model categories. I don't know about the miles but considering it has a fifth wheel hitch in the bed, it was pulling something part of the time at least.
