Ya. Me too.- By the looks of those stacks it has plenty under the hood to pull a 5er anywhere you want it. The color is great as long as it's hooked to an equally yeller 5er. Nothing better than bringing the old back to a serviceable life.
- Cool rig, love the color. More truck than I would want to maneuver around a city, but some people say that about my 2500 too. Will it pull a 8% grade without struggling? Maybe try a chip!:@
- This must be the rig that inspired the song "Give me forty acres and I will turn this rig around". Backing it up would be nearly impossible
as you couldn't keep up with the trailer to keep it going straight.
Very nice looking rig though. If we were traveling cross country, I am sure that we would be much more comfortable in a new dually.(but of course that is not the point);)

- I learned how to drive 20 speed B models on the farm when I was in high school. Fun to drive, but a pain to split shift..

Most old time truckers think that a longer wheelbase rides better than a short wheelbase but I agree with you the Mack doesn't look very practical.
