A nitrogen post, and a Walmart post in the same day. Wow.
Hey, if we get a "winterizing" question, we win the trifecta!
Would a wheel bearing or a ST v LT thread suffice?
Depends... Is the propane on or off? jfkmk wrote:
Last I read Nitrogen is just for ST. LT can handle the polluted air of any big city.

I have my own nitrogen tank I got when my brother's motorcycle shop went out of business.
Temperature has a lot to due with RV tires having issues. Nitrogen helps with that.
In a pinch, use air.
I find it hard to believe the small difference in nitrogen levels would make a difference in tire temp.
After all you are talking raising nitrogen from 78% to 95% which still is not pure nitrogen.
Dump the nitrogen. - jfkmkExplorer

It's Ok to mix summer air with nitrogen but if you have winter air in the tires then you have to make sure it is all removed before adding nitrogen.
Or buy that Australian air. Their seasons are reversed. Of course, if you use Australian air you have to put the left tires on the right side and vice versa. Else the air will rotate in the wrong direction and damage the muffler bearings. - dave54Nomad

ONLY add nitrogen to your tires when you service your blinker fluid. - gboppExplorer
