- That is showing the diameter as 31.9"----just about 1/4" difference which will equal about an 1/8" height difference.. I am not a tire guru but I would have all my tires the same... Buts again that's me..

Firestone TransForce HT - The Dura Grapplers are - 31.72 in diameter...10.74 wide with a rating of 3415#... I cannot find the revs per mile.... What type of Firestone is in there ?
- 2006blackmaxExplorer265/75/16 E Rated Thanks guys, still looking for all E rated tires to compare...Never heard a bad word on Michelins
- What are the sizes of the tires to be compared?
- 2006blackmaxExplorerThanks Joe, Kinda feel the same way.........
- I would not travel with mis-matched tires, especially if your towing. But I am weird about my tires like that..... Check the revs per mile , if they are close technically your ok,, I think...Joe
- 2006blackmaxExplorerLOL, I hear you....It's been an emotional ride, I finally got my truck back today from Chevrolet, they installed a complete right bedside. Awesome workmanship....If I personally offended anyone in this thread...it wasn't intentional . I replaced tire on the road with aFirestone E rated tire, I will say a positive note about the Dura Grappler with the BeadLock technology, I have factory aluminum rims on my Duramax, when it blew I traveled across 2 lanes of blacktop and a concrete shoulder and my rim was reuseable with no damage. Now that my emotions are down ....Should I buy another Nitto and use the Firestone as a spare....or just drive it with mis matched tires..Thanks for the replies...

ABC from va. I did not hit anything, just because you sell them and have them on your truck you automatically defend them. They are junk and I will not buy anymore, you act like you were riding with me, sorry you were'nt there!
Hate to break this to you, but every major tire manufacturer has had an unexplained tire failure, even brand new. Defects happen everywhere.
But I wouldn't blame you for avoiding Nitto. I burned the roof of my mouth on a hot pocket years ago, and I avoid those things like the plague. :B - 2006blackmaxExplorerThanks Mark
