With respect, you may try reading the posts. Many responses, including mine, stated that the A/C would run but the compressor would not start to cool. In other words it would "run" but not cool.
If the compressor runs and the unit is properly charged, it will cool. Compressors have one speed.. Period.. They do not run at a reduced speed or only partially cool based on the power availability
