So I'm not getting D.C. Power at my thermostat. I can take a good +12v wire and start the fan or compressor. Circuit breaker is working and I ran the "good" +12v from there to check. Where does...

On the old mechanical thermostats, that would be an incorrectly set (or oxidized) anticipator. Not sure what's up with yours.
