Our Trailcruiser hybrid didn't have an oven, my wife thought we needed one but when I priced it after market the cost was way out of line so we instead invested $100 in a really nice electric convection oven that we actually used quite a bit. Our next trailer, a KZ Spree, came with an oven as did our current Coachmen and although she does use it from time to time I never do as anything I need to cook or heat I can do so with our Weber Q120 grill which can also serve as an oven. These days an oven is usually included in the so-called "forced mandantory options package" which also not surprisingly is often not included in smaller, entry level models such as that mentioned by the OP.
