It's far from ideal compared to the SnB oven when doing full english style roasts and the likes but we make it work and enjoy the same style of cooking we do in the SnB for the most part. Just as some things don't taste the same when you buy cheaper brand makes whilst others do, we feel the same about Microwaved foods. Some it just doesn't taste the same as when baked in an oven, so we wouldn't want to lose our stove in the RV.
Looking at newer rigs we are seeing stoves not being an option often any more, and on the lots they all have convection microwaves.
