If people aren't using the oven in their trailers, I would suspect they don't use the one at home much either.
Actually not true for us. We use the home oven for casseroles frequently but generally use the outside grill with the TT. Wife gets a break from preparing dinners when RVing. So, we don't use the TT oven but honestly, kind of glad we have it in the event I do want to use it. Also, mine was only turned on to test it.

After 7 pages, opinions on ovens are really no different than most other RV topics - some think an oven is waste of space and don't use it, some can go either way and may use it from time to time just because it's there, while yet others use theirs all the time and say they couldn't live without it. So what else is new? :R
So true.
What is also interesting is poster's thoughts about this being a cost saving measure. I've happened to see a show, many probably on here have too, about the
fad :) of Tiny Houses. I notice, some of those are being made without ovens and in some cases, no stove top either. The tiny house fad is also, not necessarily cheap for what you get and you have to find some place to set it. I feel certain it is about maximizing space and removing items that aren't necessarily seen as important to today's buying generations.
