When I had the pop ups, I missed not having an oven. So I bought a table top electric oven. Except many things are not recommended to be cooked in them so it wasn't as useful as I hoped.
On our last 2 TTs, we have had ovens and use them often when camping. I would try to get one of those new microwave ovens that doubles as a standard oven. It may help even though they are smaller than most RV ovens.
Or you could get one of the newer larger table top electric ovens if you have cabinet room for them, we don't. Our previous pop ups had a lot of counter top space for a TV, microwave and a table top oven.
