I agree with the rack above the tongue idea. Fabricate it so you can still use the bar chain bracket . If you do not get sites with power , then buy a 29 or 31 series deep cycle for the existing bracket and position the new bracket set up just above that battery to hold 2 -6v batteries. Install a marine battery shut off switch (1-2-both or off)and you will have a perfect set up.
