Is there off the street parking at your mom-inlaws home? If so, once you have picked out the RV of your dreams, I'd plan on installing a power pedestal to give you lots of power.
The trend appears to be towards 50 amp shore power connections. Power management can be quite an annoyance if the shower power breaker is inside the home and it is 2 a.m.
