I cut some teeth working on boats so securing things that are going to move is second nature. If you've ever experienced big seas and a galley coming undone, it makes an enduring impression.
One thing I've been using in my TT is magnetic door catches. I've also used small neodymium magnets for drawers and cabinet doors. A small, round magnet can be glued into a shallow, drilled hole and has incredible holding strength.
My current TT, the old Starcraft, rides like limo. I've left spray bottles of cleaner on the sink countertop and, when stopped, the spray bottle was still upright.
