Caveman - I am not sure the gas is lighting, I don't hear anything, I plan to try it again (maybe today or tomorrow... when it warms up a little) and I'll see if I can see/hear it. As for the battery, it was original (4-5 years old) and was not holding a good charge.
Good suggestion from Caveman. At elevation, I usually have to open the back of the fridge and as suggested, move the little cover that exposes the pilot light. If you've turned on your stove and gotten it to light, you could also try to manually light the pilot light for the fridge.
I'm presuming you're not at elevation over 5000 feet? I'm right at 5000 feet and my Norcold lights fine, but at 9000 feet I have to manually light it.
