Northern California Mini-Rally - April 26th to 29th, 2018

Only places I know of in the Santa Cruz Mountains are Felton and Big Basin. I love the idea but I don't think either of those locations are good ones for a rally - of sorts. I've organized alot of larger events and I know how hard it is and it's a pain that lots of people "throw Rocks" at any of the ideas you come up with. Not trying to throw rocks but the location is going to be key to a successful rally.
