I've updated my first post with the latest details and will continue to do so as they become available. In short, we have a location (Jug Handle Creek Farm) and a date (April 26th to April 29th). The farm was gracious enough to block those dates off their calendar to allow us to get our numbers in to book. They won't keep it blocked forever so I would like to book with them as soon as possible and to do that, I need 20 RSVPs.
For those ready to commit, I'll have a link soon to do so hopefully by the end of today. If for some reason we don't make that number and end up canceling or postponing the event I would of course refund any payments made. I do realize this is pretty far out to ask people to make plans for and put RSVPs payments down but it is better to plan far ahead rather than to scramble at the last minute.
