Right now the list is just those that have expressed interest or RSVPd in this thread. The two confirmed people is myself (plus the Mrs.) and Mike/Kellie (who just posted above). I'll have to check my e-mail to see if anyone else signed up since the last time I looked. Since this is our first time putting this together, this is a bit of a chicken and egg thing as people wait to see whom else might sign up not wanting to be the only people. Once a few people start to join I anticipate it snowballing from there.
I have contacted the folks at Truck Camper Magazine and they said they were willing to put it up on their Rally page for us. They said they tend to get really good results when they promote Rally's so once that hits the spaces might go pretty quick.
One last thing, this is my first rally and I'm learning as I go so if there are suggestions or comments you have please feel free to send me a private message. I want to make this a great event for everyone so the more input I have the better!
