I agree with west end...I found worse issues with my trailer (and I still consider my issues minor) and mine is a 2015. I called my dealer, said I will bring it in for reapairs after the camping season. He pre filled out a work order for me and I haven't thought about it since.
I would say the knife cut in the ceiling is the worst of all things. Put some white caulking in the groove until they replace it. But, yes, keep on the dealer, they should fix everything, but I wouldn't let it make me feel bad about your purchase..
