I share your concern as I see this all the time in all makes, even the million dollars motor homes. It is sad. More than one person has told me they never buy new because of all the thing that have to be fixed.
If the dealer can't or will not fix I would call the factory. My Fox fifth wheel ten years ago had issues but the factory did a outstanding job of making it right. I am only one short day from the factory so no big deal, The dealer was not that much help.
I know Ron Nash has medical problems and maybe the new management team is not that good, who knows.
