Talk to the dealer, they should fix everything that requires fixing. It's all part of the warranty.
Part of how Northwoods works is a significant part of all workers income is the bonus pool. Who built which rig, and what part, is tracked, if there are warranty issues, the bonus pool is reduced.
The breaker/fuse box is from Progressive, and all of them (period) have that type of cover.
The range hood comes assembled from the supplier and no one at Northwoods should have bad to mess with anything about the switch cover.
The cabinets are made in their cabinet shop, I've seen the shop and they have every jig they need to ensure they are put together right, your's wasn't.
