If the dealer can't or will not fix I would call the factory. My Fox fifth wheel ten years ago had issues but the factory did a outstanding job of making it right. I am only one short day from the factory so no big deal, The dealer was not that much help.
I know Ron Nash has medical problems and maybe the new management team is not that good, who knows.

Ron's stroke took him down, a long ways. Don (Factory Manager) told me a couple years ago he was doing lots better then expected.
Last fall I ran into some people that had an issue with their 29-5T, called the factory and ended up talking to Ron (he was in for a few hours I guess).
So Ron must not be completely out of the picture.
Back when he was "active" he would drive Don crazy. People would call and request "unusual" options and Ron would agree, slowing Don's production line down.
