Just out of curiosity did you not look at this trailer before you bought it or did you just look at the brochure in the showroom and just hand over the cash?
Actually, I am the type of person who will research something for many days before even setting foot on a lot. I searched every corner of the internet for 4 season trailer reviews, forum searches (including this one), I got to know the specs and weight of each model in the entire lineup. My brain became so saturated with the positive hype surrounding Northwood Manufacturing that it never crossed my mind to pay close attention to the detail while I was checking it out. My mistake was that I allowed other people to tell me what's good rather than taking a closer inspection for myself. I trusted Northwood simply based on what I had heard from other owners. I was so determined on buying an AF I almost left province just to track one down. When I realized they sell them 10 minutes from where I live, I jumped on the opportunity so fast I didn't even question the quality -- why would I? It's ARCTIC FOX! I thought the AF was for me, unconditionally. I glanced at it all pretty quick because I was already so familiar with the layout -- I would stay up late for hours watching dealership tours of the damn thing. It never even crossed my mind that maybe they didn't even use a level or tape measure. I just didn't see that coming.
Lesson learned.
I know I messed up, but I refuse to believe the whole "You had it coming, because you didn't inspect it". I still think I deserved something that was assembled properly and not so half-assed.
