Most of those problems were so minor that they were not worth mentioning here, merely normal punch list items. The slit in the underbelly would be the one thing that I would throw a fit about but all of these things should be caught before you pull off the lot. It does not matter if the deal is done or not, until the bumper goes over the curb you have not taken possession of the unit and you still have leverage. At that point the dealer looks at your list and writes you a "due bill" that gets tacked on to your contract showing all the repairs you are "due", just like buying a car. He will then order parts and schedule the work. In the case of the slit in the underbelly he would most likely patch it temporarily to prevent water from splashing up there and then schedule all of the repairs including a new belly pan for after camping season when you are not going to use it as much.
This is just like buying any other vehicle. If I buy a car at night and miss some bad paint or a door ding it may be on me. You should spend several hours going over your rig before you leave the lot with it. Hope they get you fixed up.
This doesn't help at all, since I have already taken it off the lot. I can't go back in time. I do appreciate your last comment though. I hope they fix it up too.
