Unfortunately I hear similar comments made about all manufacturers.
Have you actually contacted Northwood about your concerns yet and what was their response, or have you taken to the web to bash them first? Honesty I think you are being a bit harsh from watching your video. The dealer should have noticed and fixed some of these items before you ever saw this. Other items 95% of the customers wouldn't care or notice so the RV industry lets QC slide more than they should. Many of the items you point out of course as you now know should have been found by you and address during your customer inspection prior to purchase. But we all miss things, especially in all the excitement of a big purchase.
I would for sure be a upset about the ceiling. That is very noticeable and for sure should be addressed. As well as the under belly covering being torn open. I would expect someone forgot to seal that up after some sort of repair. A crooked handle or door shouldn't happen on a higher end trailer. But you also have to remember these are cranked out by humans and not robots. Some of the items you point out are supplier QC issues as well. In general many of the items like screws a little crooked and such you have to remember this is still a travel trailer cranked out in mass numbers. The RV industry in general (especially in the US) is not going to win awards for fit and finish.
One thing I have yet to hear about any Northwood product is bad warranty service. Call and get your big items addressed. If you aren't happy with your dealer, they will authorize just about anyone to repair your camper.
Our 2013 AF 25Y had only one cosmetic item that I have noticed to date and I'm pretty picky too. I wish they would use better than the standard tank sensors as I think most customers would like and pay for something better in that regard.
Overall we are quite happy with ours to date. I can live with a couple minor issues provided the structure is solid and floor is solid. My hope is that ours will still be a solid unit 10 years down the road and not be coming apart like many other units sold.
Good luck with yours. I hope they make you a happy camper in the end.
