When we were looking for an RV we went to almost every dealer in southern Ontario. Not a word of a lie we spent a month, every day going to look at RV's. We looked at everything from tent trailers to large class A because we had not decided on what we wanted.
Other than the "slit" -in the underbelly, everything else you are concerned with is not so unusual. Everything we looked at had issues, every dealer said that the(issue) would be replaced or fixed.
If you get stressed over the small stuff, you will never buy another RV again.
