Well the general opinion from most people on this forum is that I should have inspected it. I do realize that and have already mentioned my own mistake many times, even in my video. Thanks for reminding me. :)
I had a long post typed and then the browser on my tablet refreshed and I lost it all. :(
I agree with ALL the comments you made in the video and agree that you should send the video to the manufacturer. It is only through this kind of feedback will there be any chance of improvement, and instead of venting on fora like this (largely useless when it comes to effecting change), manufacturers need to see evidence directly and in some cases need to be embarrassed on fora such as YouTube. They need to be made accountable, and the more silence is kept the more this will continue.
I do NOT agree with those who assert that all of this should be caught on the pre-delivery inspection - it may or it may not but it is not the buyer's fault - not if they (manufacturers) want others to believe their own assertions that they are top quality, AND that the buyer is expected to pay tens of thousands of dollars for their product. The pre-delivery inspection is largely for ensuring that all the systems work and that does not need to include misalignments, screws crooked and sticking out, etc.
And that is another thing - DON'T believe the hype that any one is better quality than the others - they are all the same, and there are very good reasons fo that which I won't get into now.
Looking at your video - all save 2 are minor irritations that you (as an RV owner) will have to live with an accept. We all have to do that, and it look like you may be a new RV owner so you need to get your expectations re-adjusted. The two issues are the insulation in way of the back bumper and the cut in the ceiling. The dealership should fix those. The other issues are irritations that you will likely end up having to live with.
