It certainly appears that a lot of people didn't do their job correctly. Final finish at the factory surely didn't. The very last inspectors didn't. Your dealer didn't do much of a job in prep. You, sorry, needed to have done a more thorough job of inspecting before signing. Thank goodness the ceiling cut is already noted as you might have a tough sell on that since you wouldn't have a way to prove it happened before rather than after you left the lot.
Suggestion.....take some still shots of each of the issues and have them printed out. Keep a set, take one set to your dealer and send one set to the manufacturer. Individually, some don't seem like a big deal, but I would not be happy with the combined sloppy build.
Your dealer, IMHO, seems to have a rather lax attitude about "well try to fix....." rather than "we WILL take care of that". Personally, the crooked handle and the cabinet being so out of square would push my DH over the edge. He used to be an inspector - some nearly 50 years ago - for a mobile home manufacturer and has an eye for things like that. Document everything. I would tell the dealer that as soon as the season is over and your list is complete, you will drop the trailer off and he has until ______ to get everything done and back to you or a darned good reason why not.
Sorry you had to get the lemon of the lot. It just happens sometimes regardless of the quality or the manufacturer. Oh, re caulking that ceiling tear....I'd leave it just as is. You've already noted that in your purchase agreement....leave it alone and let them fix it. Anything you alter, could effect the final repair. Good luck. Meanwhile, try to get in some great trips between now and then. Next season, you'll have a "new" trailer again.
