While your issues are valid, lots of people are wary of someone who joins the forum and their first post is negative. You may have learned to avoid some of the pitfalls if you would have read posts and asked questions beforehand. That being said, I believe even the best manufacturers can have things slip by. It's difficult to monitor every employee doing their job all the time. I would definitely give the manufacturer a shot at making everything right.
I am a satisfied owner of a 2013 Nash 23f that I purchased used. I have towed a TT since 1980 and during that time have owned a Sunline, Jayco, and two Fleetwood Wilderness trailers. I can say beyond a doubt that the Nash has the best quality workmanship and design of any I have owned. I went to look at this trailer at a dealer here in FL, based only on Northwood's reputation. It was the first Northwood product I had ever seen inside and out. I don't know what items the previous owner may have had repaired, but I haven't done anything but use it since I bought it. Even though I downsized from a 30ft Wilderness, we are comfortable in this trailer. The four seasons package might sound unneeded in FL, but the AC keeps us very comfy and runs far less than the other units. I did spend time underneath and on the roof before making an offer, but to be honest I just kept getting more and more impressed everywhere I looked. The Nash makes the Wilderness trailers look like junk IMHO, not intending to offend anyone. I wish there was a Northwood dealer somewhere near us, simply to window shop from time to time.
