I wouldn't even mess with that worthless dealer. All of that stuff should be fixed without issue.
I had some unseen issues with the my Jayco 19BH I bought while in the deep recession with cut backs and layoffs, the single serviceman dealer made the trailer worse trying to fix it and almost unlivable. It went back to Jayco and they fixed everything correctly.
The 26BH had a few very minor issues that the dealer fixed without issue. For the most part, they could had been left alone but I'm a perfectionist and the dealer is great. Yours seems like a nightmare. Jayco has a 2 year warranty with and any Jayco dealer MUST do warranty repairs if you take it to them. Not so with most. Forest River states you must take it to the selling dealer for warranty as other Forest River dealers are allowed to refuse it, and they did with me. You want to talk about junk!
If Artic Fox has a policy with dealers like Jayco, you could have your warranty repairs done by another dealer and hopefully get them fixed correctly without excuses that some of it wouldn't be covered.
I'd take it to back to the factory and have it repaired correctly. I guess all the posts about how Artic Fox is so much better than other makes is just none sense. And Lance has its problems. I read so many threads over the years over stuff, I don't consider them a top maker either.
These campers aren't cars and aren't protected by laws like cars. You can't make the dealer take the camper back and believe me, they won't. Just take it somewhere else and get it fixed right.
Good luck
