Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, hopefully they will step up and make it right. Too many are under the impression that brand name, level of trim/price range, wood or aluminum frame construction, fiberglass or aluminum exteriors, and so on guarantees a better rig, from what I've seen at the dozens of RV shows and talking with hundreds of campers over the years that is very seldom true.
Every RV manufactured here in the USA is pushed through assembly as quickly as possible and none have zero defects, just some are hidden and not so glaringly obvious. Choosing a quality driven, customer service oriented dealer is second only to the specific floorplan required for your particular camping needs.
