IS what my dealer (Reines RV in Manassas, VA) told us -- and we bought a used trailer. They were the original seller of our trailer when it was new, so maybe they knew there was nothing wrong with it. The only problem I ever had to take it to them for was what turned out to be a loose wire nut at one of the bedroom lights.
To the OP: all of the problems you have will be taken care of. Stop worrying so much.
