2011 Navigator has 131" WB, like GM Suburban/Yukon XL. It has the Ford 5.4L V8, 300Hp, 365LB-ft of torque, 6-spd transmission, and 3.73 gears. All that is plenty to pull a 7000 pound TT. Receiver and payload may be an issue as well as driver perception of never towing under 2000rpm.
If you are already set on a more capable tow vehicle, start at 3/4 tons. And if 4000rpm scares you, get a diesel. Before the change, spend $15 at a CAT scale top find out exactly what your weights are, how well the WDH is adjusted, and what needs to be upgraded. Many RV dealers do not adjust the WDH correctly, so spending a little time with that may mean you get to keep your Navi. 3 Passes at the scale, truck alone, truck + trailer without WD bars, truck with trailer with WD bars. This thread offers a lot of details on how to adjust the WDH.
