I look for a rig that has been stored indoors when not in use. A properly stored camper does not age when in storage. If it is 8 years old and has been used for 5 weeks per year, and stored indoors the rest of the time, it's effective age is 1 year. A camper that sits out 24/7 deteriorates 24/7.
