I can speak to brakes ,for just my interest I priced them $300.00 a wheel.
Keep in mind how long they last ,truckers I run into tell me the tires will go the rest of my life at my mileages.
As for cost of the truck ,consult truck trader web sites ,my 2005 was 50K all in (singled and converted to motorhome) ,a friend got a 2009 for 30K, they very widely but are generally much cheaper then MDT.

go figure eh ?
