Funny, coming from the truck camper world, everyone would be trying to move away from those scissor style steps and into something more like what trailers are equipped with from the factory, or other solutions such as the Fox landing. My 1st truck camper i owned had those scissor steps and I would say they were dangerous at times when wet, dark, or you had too much to drink. careful on those things.
