Odd slide out issue

You know, as much as the wife and I like the trailer we are looking at at Camping World, the more I read here, the more I am inclined to look any place else for it...

Sadly, after reading the forums here, I am thinking that ALL RV dealerships are staffed by people who have absolutely no clue about what they are talking about, or care to for that matter.
