2014 3500 Ram dually is not happy with his truck at this time and the DIC told him to stop so he is waiting for 2 repairs and 2 repairs with no parts available.
So again nothing is perfect and I felt for them but as I told him he made it off the road and has everything he needs at our rv resort. That made him smile with a thank you.

Not sure what you are referring to. If it's the water pump recall there ARE parts available now. If it's the parking interlock that is a NON issue as using parking brake will cover the rare possibility it comes out of park.
Who is "DIC" ?
That was how I got this truck.
I was searching dealers and it showed up on Whitten Bros. in Richmond.
I inquired about it was told it was a mistake that it was on their site because RAM pulled the VIN and wouldn't let them sell it due to the recall. They tried to get me to buy another truck that was available but I told them to let me know when this one was released. This was about 6 weeks ago.
Two weeks ago they said it was going to be scheduled for beginning of March. I was down in NC last weekend and decided to stop in to take a look at it in person. They told they completed the recall and I bought it.
If I ordered one it would have had everything on that option list except the sunroof, two tone paint, and the auto wipers and headlights.
For the price they sold it, I didn't mind having them.:)
They told they had been sitting on it since November unable to sell it because of the recall on the water pump.
