Bingo. Australia has it figured out, but the US isn't even on the same page. To be fair, I suppose most people in the US don't take their travel trailers off pavement too much, but perhaps that would change if we had more options?
I'm tempted to just build the van up a little more so I can stay a few days without needing to had back to the trailer. That'd allow me to take the van to the rough stuff, and use the trailer for more mellow stuff...
