Wow where to start.........
Let me get this straight.......no structure wood...at all,,,ie...cross braces,runners,trusses?...
I woud try to salvge what you have........put perimeter wood around edges,attach cross braces,struts,etc.....
Fil lwith the insulation,then glue,screw the wood sheet to the braces.
Yes,I know a lot of work......What is going to support the A.C.,on roof?
