I'm not a tribologist, but I wouldn't expect you to need or want a 10w30 oil for that. If you want to "upgrade" I suggest a 75W90 or 75W140 gear oil from the local auto parts store or Tractor Supply. Buy synthetic if you really want to go all out.
One question though, does it have wet brakes? If it does, I'd stay as close as I could to the original spec.
