Another GM recall :S This one for 2007 - 2011 2500/3500s... LINK I was thinking this one was a little frivolous until I saw that there have been several fires reported because of it.

Once an OEM outs itself on this type of thing...they are then subject to huge
lawsuits down the road if they do NOT continue to notify the public of issues
This will bleed over to all OEM badges...VERY soon
Am positive partly to blame on these designers overly dependent on their CAD systems
We coined them 'Green light/Red Light' designers
Also, design teams are so large that they, many times, do NOT know the other
teams....nor work with them. And if they do work with them, not well often enough
Reading these threads confirms to me that many are blindly loyal to
'their' badge...AND it make no difference which badge either...they
all are subject to recalls
