Do you have any experience setting up a WD hitch? If so, I'd say IF possible bring the hitch and necessary tools (a floor jack makes it super fast) and setup in the parking lot. I don't see why they'd have a problem with that.
Otherwise be careful, should be all right.. may be a harrowing experience if windy.
