I always travel with a full fresh water thank. On my TT the fresh water tank is inside the trailer and I don't see how it could cause a problem. I have gone a few miles will full black and gray water tanks but, I always try to dump them as quickly as possible. Those tanks are underneath the trailer and held in place by metal straps.
